Treme- I've got a lot to say about it.

But first... a short video of my bus ride to Jazz Fest with the Creole Wild West.

I wish I'd been on this bus! Do you mind if I cross-post this video to my blog? I'll include a link to your blog.

I hope you can find time to blog regularly -- there's some awfully good stuff here. The entry about your son is wonderful.

BTW, I found Irks via your comment on Back of Town, which led me to YouTube, which led me here.

I'd be thrilled if you cross posted and it would inspire me to get back into this thing a little more. In addition to the YouTube channel, I've been slowly working on a photo blog from my Sundays on the second line. It's in its infancy, but if you're interested, you can see some of the shots here

and I have some on Flickr, which is linked on the sidebar.

Thanks for giving me some inspiration to get back to this. The whole Storm and Recovery thing seemed to dominate everything in my life so much that I felt I could no longer give it a life here, too, and felt there was little else to talk about. But a little over a year ago, I returned to the life I love which revolves around music, second lines and my "Sunday friends." There's plenty to write about there. Now it's just finding the time. But thanks again.

Oh, and I'm posting another great behind-the-scenes MG Indian video here for you.
